Emma Louise Dance Shop: Terms & Conditions

Emma Louise Dance Shop accepts credit/debit card payments via Paypal and Google Checkout. Please select your payment option at the checkout.

 

If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order please select the send payment by post option at the checkout. Cheques are payable to Emma Louise Dance Club. Please send payment for the total amount to Emma Louise Dance Club, Millers Cottage, Braehead, Kirkinner, Newton Stewart, Dumfries & Galloway, DG8 9AH. Your items will be dispatched once payment has cleared.

 

Please select the correct shipping option when placing your order. If using Google Checkout you need to select your shipping option from the drop down menu on the Google page. To avoid a delay in receiving your goods please check the correct shipping has been selected before you place your order. If the correct shipping is not selected we will have to cancel your order and ask you to place your order again selecting the correct shipping option.

Please note - Collection in Class option is only avaliable to Emma Louise Dance Club members (see below).

  

Emma Louise Dance Shop aims to dispatch items in stock within 7 working days of cleared payment (excludes Saturday & Sunday). Out of stock  and made to order items will take longer to dispatch. Email notification will be sent advising of the expected dispatch date.

  

  

  

  

  

If you do not receive your items within 14 days of postage confirmation, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

  

Emma Louise Dance Shop will offer an exchange or refund for most items returned within 14 days. It can take up to 28 days to complete an exchange or refund.

 

Returned goods which are not faulty must be in their original unmarked packaging and must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

 

Emma Louise Dance Shop will not accept worn clothing back, unless a fault has quickly revealed itself after initial wear. In such isolated cases the garments need to be washed before return.

 

Unfortunately due to reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on some items. The following items are non-returnable - hats, wigs, underwear, tights or non clip earrings even if unworn.

  

Pre-owned dance shoes are non-returnable & non-refundable. These items have been donated to the Emma Louise Dance Club. Often these items have simply been outgrown and have plenty of wear left in them. They are great for children new to dance or for fancy dress. Shoes will show some wear but have been cleaned the best we can. Previous owner's names have been deleted with black marker pen. Laces, elastic or ribbons may be missing and will need to be replaced. Money raised from the sale of these items will go into the Emma Louise Dance Club Costume Fund.

  

Emma Louise Dance Club t-shirts & fleeces are non-refundable. These items are made to order. It can take up to 28 days to complete an order. Once the items have been produced by the supplier they are non-returnable, unless they are faulty. Emma Louise Dance Shop is happy to offer exchanges for these items. 

 

Discount is only avaliable to members when you shop online at www.eldanceshop.co.uk. The discount code can be used everytime you shop online. Members must not give the discount code to anyone who is not a member of Emma Louise Dance Club. Non-members will have their orders cancelled if they try to use the discount code. The discount code is not valid for payment for Emma Louise Dance Classes. Emma Louise Dance Club reserves the right to revoke membership if membership privileges at Emma Louise Dance Shop are abused.
